You don't have to have a fancy recipe to have a great meal. Sometimes making a meal more interesting can be as easy as putting your choices together artfully, trying a new vegetable, adding a new sauce, using flavorful sauces, etc.
If you are busy, you could easily get in a rut where your meals all seem the same. Whenever you feel the need to keep things interesting, get some inspiration. You can do a search for plant-based meals on Pinterest, Google, Facebook, Instagram, You Tube and more to find a zillion ideas.
I usually zero in on meals that look simple. I don't like spending hours in the kitchen. I especially love food photos that include mostly things I'm very familiar with put together in ways that inspire me. I also am inspired when I find familiar meals with maybe one or two items that I could add to a meal to make it better.
